Seminar #111 is a 1-day version of the popular Seminar 114, thoroughly covering micrometer and caliper calibration, and provide a base understanding of the principles in dimensional calibration.

Seminar V111 is taught in the Mitutoyo Institute of Metrology’s Training Lab in Aurora, IL and broadcast live in a virtual session. The course combines modern calibration and quality management ideas with best practices and “how-to” calibration methods for common calibrations of micrometers and calipers.

Calibration of outside micrometers, including mechanical, vernier, and digital models, following the American National Standard, ASME B89.1.13. Includes coverage of larger models and higher accuracy models. Does not cover specialty micrometers.
