AURORA, IL – Mitutoyo America Corporation will be exhibiting coordinate measuring machines, data wireless communication systems, machine vision systems, and more in Booth 415 at the Smart Manufacturing Experience,  April 30-May 2, 2018, at the Boston Convention Center, Boston, MA. Highlight products:

  • MiCAT Planner V.1.5: In as little as one click, MiCAT Planner automates the generation of measurement programs based on CAD models containing Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) information, as well as Dimensional Measuring Equipment (DME). When no GD&T information exists, it can easily be added.
  • MeasurLink:The MeasurLink® Quality Management Software is a full partner for manufacturing process control system. Combining real-time on-line data collection, real-time SPC charts and analysis for operators, and real-time quality control/supervisor reports and alerts for entire manufacturing system. It is designed for integrated networks to create a quality information sharing system, including a comprehensive metrology solution.
  • Quick Vision Active: CNC vision measuring system with advanced functionality offers a wide field of view with interchangeable objective zoom lenses to meet the challenges of measuring small to large features. The 8-step zoom lens can achieve a magnification range of 0.5X to 7X (20x ~ 137x on-screen magnification) while maintaining crisp image quality. The 1X optional objective achieves a magnification range of 0.5X to 3.5X (13x ~ 92x on-screen magnification) with an increased working distance of 74 mm. The 2X option can achieve a magnification range of 1X to 7X (26x ~ 183x on-screen magnification).
  • MACH Ko-go-me: Compact, 3D CNC measuring system that can be flexibly configured to almost any process and can be used in standalone applications or integrated into work cells. If required, the system can measure workpiece features that exceed the Ko-game’s X stroke by mounting the workpiece, or the Ko-ga-me, on an auxiliary X axis. Ideal for inspection of large or small workpieces and offers a wide choice of measuring probes including touch-trigger, optical and scanning types.
