Introducing the new LH-600! Our new Linear Height measuring system comes with an interface designed specifically for the gage, aiding with basic measurements – as well as advanced macro measurements! This eLearning course will introduce users to the new machine, interface, standard accessories, and measurement operations. Once mastered, tolerancing and other parameters are introduced to your measuring procedures. Finally, users will learn how to properly output data from the gage to maximize measurement operations and efficiency.

The following topics are covered in this course:

1) Startup & Calibration

Upon first powering up the LH-600, users will be asked to detect the scale origin. Walk through the process before choosing the size for your calibration artifact. Finally, select the corresponding probe and begin the probe compensation.

2) Settings

Review the settings users routinely navigate to! Find a detailed walkthrough on how to navigate, change, and update your system settings. From basic device settings such as date, time, etc., to adjusting your LCD settings. This section also highlights your measurement settings, as well as the digits/units tab, which gives users access to various settings such as resolution and unit types.
